Exclusive Park buy out fees are based on chosen dates, event hours and guest counts and are custom tailored.
Menus
Pacific Park offers a variety of menu selections. If there is something you would like to serve your guests but do not see it on our menus, we would be happy to customize a menu to better suit your needs.
Attendance | Minimum Revenue Guarantee
The final bill is based on the minimum revenue guarantee in the contract or minimum guest guarantee. The final guest count is due no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Reserving a Date
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the anticipated total bill for the event is due to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due three days prior to the date of the event. Any additions or overages will be billed after the event.
Parking
There is ample parking for your guests on and adjacent to the Pier. Parking rates vary between $5 and $15 depending on the season and day of the week. Contact the City of Santa Monica at 310-458-8295.
Food and Beverage Regulations
No food and/or beverage may be brought into the Park without prior written approval from our event department. Pacific Park may charge an applicable service charge and/or corkage fee on such items. All food and beverage items must be consumed in Pacific Park and may not be removed off Park premises.
Outside Vendors
All outside vendors must meet with an event supervisor no later than two weeks before the event, to coordinate delivery times, set-up locations, pick-up schedules, etc. Scheduled deliveries may be made the day of the event only, as the Park has limited storage facilities. Please note that all deliveries must be pre-approved by the Park's event department.
Facility
We require that nothing be posted, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to the walls, floors, game buildings, rides or other parts of the Park or surroundings.
All decorations, promotional materials, supplies, rental equipment, etc., must be removed immediately following the event. The Park is not responsible for any materials or equipment left behind.
Music & Entertainment
Your event coordinator can assist you with a wide variety of entertainment options including magicians, casino tables, live bands, and more. The Park must approve all entertainment selections in advance.
All band and entertainment personnel must meet with a Park event supervisor to review their electrical, lighting and other requirements at least two weeks before the event.
Any amplified music may be subject to volume control at the discretion of the event coordinator or security staff. Sound must face west.
Additional Rentals and Requests
Pacific Park is happy to arrange and set-up any additionally requested items such as: DJ, stilt walker, face painter, balloon artist, audio visual equipment, table & chair rentals, etc.
