Celebrating over 15 years of fun, Pacific Park® is the West Coast’s only family amusement park located on an oceanfront Pier. The outdoor entertainment destination provides individuals, families, and groups with a unique experience reminiscent of the Pier in Santa Monica’s early days.
The historic tradition of amusements and thrill rides at the Pier began in 1916 when Charles Looff, amusements entrepreneur and developer of the first carousel at Coney Island, began construction of a landmark park over the ocean in Santa Monica. Today, Pacific Park continues that commitment and tradition in rides like our world-famous only solar powered Ferris wheel – The Pacific Wheel.

Available year-round this program combines a breathtaking ride on the Pacific Wheel®, the world’s only solar-powered Ferris wheel with lunch overlooking the Pacific Ocean on the historic Santa Monica Pier.
